This has got to be the best company I’ve worked with. Managed honestly and compassionately. The carers are always cared about and nothing is too much bother. If only all companies were like this. I’ve always been paid on time and fairly when I’ve had out of pocket expenses like travel. The core team have even joined us on the front line when necessary making them both sympathetic and empathetic of clients, service users and carers. They truly care about the Carer. Thank you x

After working in multiple care settings throughout my career, including care homes and children homes, I have finally found my calling after starting work at Added Care Ltd. Working different locations and meeting new people has been liberating to say the least. My manager Jo is very nurturing towards staff members and makes you feel at ease and part of a team by regularly checking in with staff.

I have worked for Added Care for 3 years now. I feel that Added Care look after their staff very well. They make you feel Valued, your not just a number. If I have a problem I phone and they will sort out the problem with you. Just the little things mean alot. On a few occasions I have been off sick I have received flowers and chocolates. Makes you feel valued. The pay is good. More than some agencies pay. I can honestly say I would not work for anyone else. I'm happy where I am. That says a lot

I am in my 2nd year of working with Jo and the Added Care Team. The company is growing all the time, keeping in line with CQC regulations whilst maintaining a personal approach with the carers. Jo herself is a very caring person who not only cares for the welfare of the service users but also that of the carers. You will find Jo down to earth and straight talking, funny and kind making her extremely approachable if you have any concerns or need advise, whether on a professional level regarding your placement or even if you just want a personal chat. I don't personally feel the need to keep in constant contact, however you never have to feel alone as a lone worker, she is just at the end of the phone. The team can provide training and certificates for all mandatory modules and any other to suit your needs of learning. Admin too are ready to cover your needs and.... you get paid on time.
